| Parents' shock at car boot porn |
Trading Standards officers are warning parents to be vigilant when allowing children to visit car boot sales after hardcore pornography was found on sale.
The explicit material was being sold at Blakeston Lane car boot sale in Norton, Teesside, which is attended by hundreds of people, many with young children.
Officers seized the DVDs, along with illegal copies of films currently on release at cinemas in the region.
Several stalls were selling the DVDs, according to Trading Standards.
Stockton Council's licensing manager David Kitching said: "I am concerned that officers found this material on sale in full view of children.
"The sale of pornography requires a special licence and can only be sold at licensed sex shops.
"Some of the material may even be illegal in this country." |
